I regularly negotiate with agents as a purchaser, and I often feel like the agent is working for me, not the vendor. Andrew made it clear he was working in the best interests of the vendor, and did a fantastic negotiating on their behalf while respecting me. If I am selling in the area, I have no doubts who I will sell through. Top marks also to Alicia. I don't know if it was part of his negotiation tactics, but at times I would have appreciated a quicker response, even if it was just to say there was no update, but at the end of the day we did get there.
