From our very first meeting with Andrew and George about the sale, we were impressed with their knowledge and enthusiasm for their work, as well as how accommodating they were to our needs (they would meet us in our home after hours, to work around our work and children). George Milionis and Andrew Stefanovski did a terrific job again in selling our property. After the great outcome we had from their previous work selling one of our investment properties, we didn’t think twice about enlisting Andrew and George to sell our beloved family home – the home that we have so happily lived in for over 12 years. In a way, we sold at the ‘wrong time’ because the Sydney property bubble had definitely burst when we decided to sell, and sale prices were already plummeting.
