I had a very difficult house to sell, great position but needed a bit of work. From the very beginning Andrew went above and beyond to help me through the whole process. Yes he did a great job with the sale (was shocked at the amount of interest he was able to generate and was very happy with the price we got) and explaining the whole process, but helped organise a cleaner, handyman, painter and the fixing of a problematic wall.
