I engaged Andrew to handle the off-market sale of my property, expecting diligent representation. However I feel he prioritised the buyer’s interests, and his response when I provided an indicative figure was that I was “making him work hard.” Not the response you would expect when you are selling your most valuable asset. Despite my explicit request for privacy with the sale, my name was publicly disclosed without consent just to promote the sale. Even after rectifying that, the sale price was later disclosed, further eroding my trust. It’s unacceptable to walk away from the biggest financial decision feeling poorly represented. I cannot recommend Andrew or Elders based on these experiences.

Andrews knowledge of the market and attention to detail is fantastic. He kept us up to date and informed regularly through thr whole sale process.
