Our primary point of interaction was with Andrew Tran. He was very responsive and actively enabled the communication with the seller. We had two issues arise during the purchasing process - one was with our bank who suddenly discovered that they had a policy of not giving mortgages in the 4000 postcode (we sorted this out) and getting our mortgage documents witnessed between Xmas and New Year (we found a friendly JP at the NAB Branch in the CBD). Our only complaint is that we discovered that the aircon wall unit leaked condensation into the apartment after operating for 15 mins or so. Fortunately, it was easily fixed - there was blockage in the drain.
