Andrew impressed me at our first meeting by spending the time to talk me through the procedure and what services he would offer. His advice regarding using stylists was well worth the expense. We discussed the price together and I never felt under any pressure to agree to a price range which was not acceptable to me or too optimistic. In my case I met a man helping a client and not a ‘used-car salesman’ trying to get the highest possible commission. I was fully informed throughout the relatively short selling period of just over 2 weeks.

Andrew has a great local knowledge and experience in real estate on the Central Coast. He doesn't fit the stereotype generally thought of when thinking of estate agents, easily providing a personal and outside the box view and approach to each individual property and owner. He also has high ethical and moral standards in dealing with all parties, and is a genuinely nice bloke. Highly recommended, would put 110% into selling your home for the best price, keeping vendors and buyers happy with the level of service provided. The same recommendation would also apply to Pete Merrick who is part of his Copacabana team. We picked Andrew and Pete over other larger and more dominant realtors in the area, and was not disappointed with their commitment and service.

He ensured all parties were treated fairly and ethically while allowing everyone the chance to view the property in due time and put their best offer in the hat. He accommodated us over the weekend as we were coming from out of town, and worked all hours to get the best outcome for his vendor while giving all interested parties an even go. Andrew was also very honest about the property's minor short comings and accommodated us for building inspections and any further questions we had. He also continued to offer his assistance and cooperation after contracts were exchanged which was super helpful!
