We discussed the price together and I never felt under any pressure to agree to a price range which was not acceptable to me or too optimistic. Andrew has a great local knowledge and experience in real estate on the Central Coast. He doesn't fit the stereotype generally thought of when thinking of estate agents, easily providing a personal and outside the box view and approach to each individual property and owner. He also has high ethical and moral standards in dealing with all parties, and is a genuinely nice bloke. Highly recommended, would put 110% into selling your home for the best price, keeping vendors and buyers happy with the level of service provided. The same recommendation would also apply to Pete Merrick who is part of his Copacabana team. We picked Andrew and Pete over other larger and more dominant realtors in the area, and was not disappointed with their commitment and service.

We used Andrew both for our purchase and our sale 4 years later. In both occasions I found him honest, and easy to deal with.
