Andrew managed the sale of our Central Coast beach house exceptionally well. From our initial discussions assessing the value of the home & sales strategy, through to a successful sale at auction 6 weeks later, Andrew managed every detail with laser focus & a high degree of competence. Having dealt with numerous agents for a number of properties over the last 15 years, it’s my opinion Andrew is a rare find in the industry; a combination of experience, integrity and commitment to deliver.

Andrew was prompt and accommodating in showing me the property just prior to the Auction. His transparency with the price guide and expectations of the vendor was accurate and most appreciated.

I originally listed my property with another local agent, however as I received no support or communication, I felt the need to list my property with another agency. From the get go Andrew was there to answer any questions or act as a sounding board for my worries. Throughout the process, his communication was exceptional – always keeping me informed of what was happening. Andrew also assisted in my purchasing another property which was listed with another agent. He made the process of selling and buying another property a smooth process. Andrew is a professional, hardworking and honest man and I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone selling or buying a property. Sue Groves

Andrew is a very meticulous person. Caring for the seller's needs with attention to detail and understanding, unlike the other bolshy agents in this area. I could not recommend Andrew enough! Kind regards, Bronwen Chesson and on behalf of Helen Brown

Andrew worked with us in getting the property ready to place on the market as we are Sydney based. He was very helpful with local tradesman etc and helped co ordinate this work for us. We would certainly us Andrew again and recommend him to others.

Andrew Thomson has done an exceptional job managing the sale of my property in Avoca Beach. His level of professionalism, communication style, knowledge of the sales process and market knowledge are of the highest standards. I have sold several properties in Australia and overseas and his management of the end to end process has been better than all others in my experience. As part of my decision process I discussed the sale of my property with several estate agencies in Avoca Beach. They offer similar services and rates however it was the communication style and the personal interaction with Andrew that stood out. I felt that everyone involved in the sale would respond well to his approach and I was not wrong. Even my solicitor was prompted to applaud his service. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the sale price. The process was very smooth thanks to Andrew. Pete Mulvey, Sydney.

Andrew, I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of our family to thank you for your efforts in completing the sale of 39 Del Rio Drive Copacabana. From the first time you visited to the time of sale it has been a pleasure dealing with you and we could not be happier with our choice of placing our mothers home in your hands. It was an emotional decision for us and you handled every aspect perfectly. After a long period of frustration from another agency, you not only put forward a new direction for us to achieve a quick sale but confirmed our trust by having more potential purchasers view the home in the first two weeks than we had seen in the previous three months. To then finalise a sale at a price above our expectations within three weeks was an outstanding effort on your part and we cannot thank you enough. Our highest recommendation to any of your potential clients is given without hesitation. With thanks Patricia Keys

We felt that Andrew worked really hard on behalf of everyone involved in this transaction. He was open and honest and we were really pleased with the outcome achieved in the end. Thanks Andrew

Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew. From the outset communication was timely & effective. He coordinated & organised all the marketing & photography which also exceeded our expectations. Getting us additional advertising without any additional costs. Andrew worked hard for us to obtain the price we wanted. Andrew was available at all times of day & night (including public holidays) for inspections and inquiries from both us the seller & the buyers. Our faith in Real Estate industry was restored because of Andrews hard work. We would have no hesitations recommending Andrew to perspective sellers.

We were very happy with the professional manner in which Andrew managed the expedient sale of our house. He showed sensitivity to our tenants and was able to negotiate with them to secure a satisfactory compromise. We would certainly recommend his services.

Andrew was so helpful , kept us informed and worked overtime to make sure everything was ok all the way along with the sale of our property. We appreciate all the work he did.

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process, we were so impressed we engaged Andrew to sell our own property. We would highly recommend Andrew !
