To start with I was not a fan (to put it nicely) of real estate agents. However Andrew really changed my mind, he was honest, managed the whole process with great communication, was able to get a higher than expected price from his negotiation skills and more importantly was able to manage all the small extra details in selling a property that you would not get in a larger real estate firm all while I was interstate.
