Andrew Todd has the most thorough knowledge of the market in Erowal Bay. He is polite, flexible, thorough and easy to get on with, but nevertheless disciplined and responsible. The entire sales process in our case was impacted however by occurring during the 2020 COVID-19 Lockdown period. Had this not been the case the sale may well have occurred very rapidly and with a slightly better return. The reason we chose Andrew Todd without hesitation was because he was the agent through whom we had previously purchased the property which was a seamless and highly efficient experience.
