Neville and I are the purchasers of a property where Andrew is the selling agent. We found Andrew to be a knowledgeable and very approachable agent. He quickly responded to any queries we had, and attended to matters immediately (eg. when we requested additional inspections). He answered all queries frankly and didn't hesitate to make enquiries of his own to ensure we had the correct information (eg. when we asked about possibility of fencing). It is difficult to rate his "market knowledge" and "negotiation" skills as we have only had this one dealing with him, however those skills appeared to be highly satisfactory. We are happy to recommend him.

Over the 3 week period the property was on the market Andrew provided us with regular phone contact updates on the open for inspections, number of people reviewing the property, potential client’s that requested the section 32 and the comments made by the reviewing clientele. Andrew followed up with a emailed/posted Property reports on the open house inspections which also detailed Internet advertisement views and enquiries made on the property including advertising spend data. We could not recommend Andrew Tomlinson highly enough; in addition to the professionalism shown to us he is a really hardworking decent person and Real Estate professional. I found Andrew to be personable, honest and friendly right from the outset and this continued throughout the entire process. The way he communicated his thoughts and marketing strategy left no doubt as to where the journey was going, how we were getting there and what the likely outcome was. At no stage did he try to overstate the likely outcome and then back-pedal when he couldn't deliver on expectations, as has been my experience with some other agents.
