Once again I have received impeccable service from Andrew Toole and the Bowyer and Livermore team. This is the second property sale that I have entrusted Andrew with. I appreciate Andrew’s professionalism, courtesy and market knowledge. Dealing with Andrew has always been effortless and I appreciate his efforts and dedication.
Always very helpful. Would go above and beyond to help out with the process and great communication throughout
I purchased a home through B&L, with Andrew Toole as the listing agent, and had a great experience throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, always available to answer my questions, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Andrew is also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which made the experience even more positive. I would highly recommend both him and the team at B&L to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Selling your home is never an easy task. I put my faith and fears out there and was totally overwhelmed with what came next. I was kept up to date with all stages of the process in a personal manner as promised. being a holiday period would have just made the task more difficult but not with Andrew. He just seemed to streamline the whole process with total control. The photos, description and initial listing just ran like clockwork giving me a chance to sell travel and find the correct buyer in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Andrew was always professional and friendly throughout, and he kept me updated on the process the whole way.
