Went above and beyond to ensure I secured the property. This entailed him having to actively negotiate with the owner to ensure a price could be meet after I had to renegotiate with my bank. This was a time-consuming process during which he was patient and willing to stick by me. After sale service has excellent as well as he was happy to assist with questions related to the apartment block which I had no experience with.
