Andrew has been absolutely brilliant throughout the buying process. Right from the start, his honest, super-friendly nature shines through and put us all at ease during the buying process. He clearly knows his market very well and is a very trustworthy person in that his information was bang on and his advice truly helpful. He absolutely went way above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process but beyond that he answered messages very promptly (including in the middle of the night!), nothing was too much for him, even helping us measure up for some items in the apartment and bringing his own laser measure to do so. We all highly rate Andrew as an absolute star in the real estate business, his affable nature, ability to put even the most nervous buyers at ease and his willingness to go way above and beyond certainly sets him aside as not only a brilliant agent but a great bloke all round.
