I found it very easy, working with Andrew on my latest investment purchase (at FV by Peppers). Andrew is someone that knows his local market inside out. He also gave me helpful information and insights as needed. He went above and beyond multiple times during our interactions including sourcing a contractor and organising a quote. Andrew stands our because he cares about relationships. He's not out to screw people in the chase for a commission. I found him responsive and professional - two things I value highly as an investor. It also helps that he's a nice guy. I would work with Andrew again - without hesitation - if we buy in BNE again.
