We would highly recommend Andrew as anyone's real-estate agent. He had good knowledge of the market. He also communicate quite regularly with us regarding the marketing and the interest/offers for our house. He even came to sweep the driveway and the front balcony before the open house. He negotiates quite conscientiously for us and got a good price for us.
