Some months ago I decided to sell my house and move into a retirement village, but was faced with the challenging task of finding and selecting an estate agent who would not only provide good value for money but would be available at any time for consultation, and would have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market. After receiving a short list of estate agents operating in this district I decided to offer the job of preparing my property for the market to Andrew Valciukas of First National Real Estate Collective. Andrew came and inspected the property and after further consultation with him, I decided he was indeed the “man for the job”, and immediately engaged him. I was right insomuch that he was the “man for the job”, as he set about getting the necessary procedures in place to get the property on the market as soon as possible after all the preparatory work was finalised.
