Andrew stood out amongst quite a good trio of agents we looked at. Right from the outset he displayed a very detailed knowledge of the area, and the market. I found it refreshing that not only did he have immediate answers for my inquiries, but he did not give rubbery answers to hard questions. But key to the success of our interaction was his relationship with a first class group of trades, who not only where quick to quote on the work required to set our property up for sale, but did the job to a standard that I found to be top notch, entirley the opposite to work done through another agent as a property manager. There were, of course bumps on the road, but these were handled quickly, and there was always the feeling that Andrew was there, and it was all going to come together. We achieved a great result in a short time, I couldn't ask for better!
