Firstly, let me say that prior to this property I had no experience with Chisolm & Gamon or Andrew. However, what I was most impressed with was his assistance after the purchase - where some agents might be a little less interested after the sale is locked away, Andrew worked hard to make my side of things as painless as he could. Andrew demonstrated himself as someone of integrity and with this being my first journey into this type of property that is definitely what I needed - particularly when I wasn't paying for his services (directly).
