Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty with my property. I had some less favourable tenants in there who caused issues with home opens and Andrew took it all in his stride and had the place in top notch shape. Given the tough current market it took a little longer to sell the property however Andrew was on hand to give advice on what I could do and the right price to sell for. He was very regular in his updates and communication and always called back when he said he would. My bank managed to screw up our settlement and again Andrew jumped in and was able to smooth things over with the buyer so everything went well in the end.
