Andrew and his team were excellent in keeping us informed of progress and what we needed to do, which wasn't much thankfully! He was responsive to our request to sell to a first home owner, despite that reducing his commission. He got us a good price and even though we were selling over Christmas New Year, he kept at it and got a result in a good time frame. He kept our sale costs down, which fitted well with our desire to not sell to an investor. We would have no hesitation in using Andrew and his team again and in recommending them to others.
