We had contemplated selling our house for several years before finally doing so. Early in the piece we had a conversation with Andrew and to his credit he religiously kept in touch with us even sending us a bottle of bubbly for Christmas. This continual follow-up, letting us know he was interested in helping us, keeping us informed was instrumental in our choice of agent - it demonstrated his commitment to us as vendors.
