Andy had done his "homework" on this sale, and told us that he would have both sold within one (1) month. He was true to his word. We were very impressed with his efforts. We would definitely recommend (AB Realty) Andy to either sell or purchase real estate for you. We also appreciated the weekly updates regarding how the transaction/sale was progressing. Romy, a staff member was also very helpful and obliging, when asked questions, if Andy was not available.

Great agent, very helpful.

A very easy and enjoyable experience working with Andy, he always had our best interests first and was easily contactable whenever we needed him. Very Professional and a wealth of knowledge for the area.

Andy was a good communicator and made the process simple!

Very professional. He communicated well and was very responsive to questions we had.

Great staff, helpful and response time is fast.

Its was a pleasure having Andy from AB Realty sell our property recently. The property was on market for less than a week and we got an offer about our asking price. Settlement went smoothly and we can now look forward to purchasing our next dream property. Thank you Andy and AB Realty.

Out of everybody I contacted, Andy was the first to respond, and was at my house a very short time after, giving me his professional opinion. Andy's assessment was spot-on, and after our first home open, this was confirmed when an offer was put forward, which matched his prediction. Both the buyers and the seller were delighted with the outcome, and at all stages Andy kept us informed, and explained everything, ensuring a smooth transaction for all. I would not hesitate to reccomend Andy and his staff at AB Real Estate.
