Andy’s knowledge of the local area is excellent. He gave us a great idea of what our home might be valued at and gave lots of examples to back up his claims. We didn’t quite get the price we were after. Very close though and his help with the negotiations was outstanding. We felt very supported and informed through the whole process. He even helped out with resolving some minor maintenance issues which were identified during settlement. Overall very impressed.
Welcoming and informative at the home open, highlighted the selling points of the house but didn't overstate anything unnecessarily, was quick in responding once I put in an offer and turned the acceptance around in a very timely manner, was understanding of delays in financing as a First Home Buyer, and overall made for a professional and pleasant experience.
