Forever grateful!

I really owe it to Andy and the entire team at AB Realty with making the purchasing of my house possible. Andy didn't give the usual sales pitches, he was genuine and upfront with me so I could make a competitive offer. Without this openness, I don't think I would have been successful in securing the property. He/the seller also gave me a chance with a 'subject to sale' that many other agents wouldn't.
