I only dealt with Andy for the initial signing of my contract for the allotment and for an issue that arose after settlement. Aside from this, majority of my dealings with Century 21 and any issues that arose with the lengthy delays in the subdivision were handled by Amelia Farrington. I did not feel that Andy was of any help with the issue after settlement, as he didn't respond to my email until I followed it up a month after my initial query. He did not seem to try and negotiate with the developer on my behalf to have them provide a driveway invert in the front of my property. This is despite it being due to a miscommunication between the council and developer about where the driveway/garage should be that there wasn't one provided. Instead, I was told that I have to do it at my own cost even though the error had nothing to do with me. I am very unhappy about this, so therefore would not recommend him to anyone.
