As the Licensee and a director of Live Realty, Andy brings 22 years of real estate experience and knowledge to the business. His accomplishments in the real estate arena are both extensive and impressive. He was promoted to Sales Manager whilst working for a large franchise in Airlie Beach in 2001. This allowed Andy to grow the business exponentially, with the office grossing over $300 million in sales in a single calendar year. Andy has received multiple awards for his performance in all aspects of the real estate industry, from auctions to marketing. But his main focus has always been to provide outstanding service to his clients. In his impressive career Andy has personally marketed over 300 properties by way of auction and has achieved an outstanding clearance rate of approximately 87%. Andy actively pursues this method of marketing due to the amazing results he is able to achieve for his clients. To date has successfully transacted over $230,000,000 in property sales. Andy is not afraid of a challenge, having managed the opening of a new agency on Hamilton Island in 2007. He went on to own and operate a franchise real estate agency on the Sunshine Coast. And now, his ultimate achievement has been creating, developing and heading up Live Realty. Having resided on the Sunshine Coast since 2010, Andy is proud to raise his family in such a warm and friendly community. He and his wife Diane look forward to welcoming new clients and staff into the Live Realty family.

Fantastic Communication!

From our first enquiry phone call right through to the purchase of our property, Andy was fantastic to deal with. Plenty of information regarding the property, and he was very honest and up front with the details of the property (it was currently tenanted and we were unable to move in straight away). Fantastic communication in all points of our dealings, and nothing was ever a hassle he was more than happy to help!

ALL ROUND EXCELLENT AGENT
