Andy Foster came highly recommended as an agent to sell my acreage property. I spoke with 4 agents in total, including Andy, before deciding to go with him. And am I glad I did!! He went well above and beyond in helping me navigate the ins and outs of selling, and had some buyers lined up "off-market" well ahead of time. He showed them through, professionally dealt with negotiations, and I had my home sold, off-market, at an exceptional price that allowed me to move on. I doubt whether a better price could be obtained - certainly not in the time frame and terms that Andy negotiated. If you are thinking of selling, by all means get a couple of appraisals (I did) - BUT - please, give this guy a call, meet him, and you'll see why I rate him 5 stars. I'd give him 10 if I could.

We were made to feel immediately comfortable. Andy couldn't have done more to help, including arranging building and pest inspection and hooking us up with a conveyancer. All our questions were answered promptly allowing us to move from offer to settlement in just 30 days. Legend!

Andy had a 2 hour drive to our house but nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable about the marketing aspects of our sale and negotiated a great outcome. He was very patient and understanding.

While looking for our new home we stumbled across a property in Hervey Bay that appealed to us. As it happened we were planning be be in the area the following Sunday and put in a call to Andy asking if by any chance he might be able to show us the property on that Sunday. Without hesitation he said "certainly what time would be best for you". I think it was the next day he contacted us and said if we had time that Sunday he could show us another couple of properties. I was amazed that he was prepared to give up his Sunday afternoon to show us these properties. It was a delight to meet him on that Sunday. He was extremely knowledgable about each property and gave was amply time to leisurely walk through each one. By the afternoon we had selected a favourite and returned to Noosa to deliberate further. The following day we contacted Andy to ask if he could arrange a second viewing, which he did without hesitation. When we arrived at the house he showed us in then left us to further explore the property. There was absolutly no sales push he let the property work its own magic which it did. After about an hour we decided to put in an offer with the vendor which Andy handled beautifully. Within a very short period he had arranged for contracts to be drawn up which we immediately signed.
