I can’t thank Purplebricks and the team enough especially my area agent (Steve Webber) Central Coast NSW, Steve went beyond and above to get the price I wanted for my home, Steve’s day never finished at 5pm like real estate agents do but when all potential buyers and myself where consulted, a true professional he is. If I was to sell again I would only choose Purplebricks knowing how much time and effort they put into selling my home, oh and at least $8000 I saved going through them. Recommendation for Purple Bricks was by word of mouth even though I had seen the ads on tv. I was slightly reluctant to go 'outside the square' of traditional real estate practices but called Andy Garside. He was prompt at visiting my home and spent quite some time explaining about how the company works and explained the online system to me. I am a retired pensioner living alone and was slightly concerned that I would not be able to cope doing business transactions online. Andy assured me he would be available every step of the way to assist me. He did a valuation and set a sale price to meet my requirements. All the processes both for set up online and lawyers went very smoothly. Andy listened to me and observed all the features of my home and knew exactly what type of purchaser would be interested. He had my house sold in about two days and I even cancelled my open house as he found the perfectly suited purchaser who then of course Andy was able to achieve the premium sale price. We were very happy with all aspects of our experience with Purple Bricks. Andy Garside was our agent, he was a true professional and extremely helpful, he gave us great advice on how best to present our home, not suggesting for us to spend large amounts of money, just simple things such as how to declutter and present our home well. Andy and his photographer spent a great deal of time getting our photo's perfect and this presented our property beautifully. Andy arrived early before each open house, again presenting our home at its best. As we were not confident with the online part of Purple Bricks, Andy made himself available to us helping us to navigate the online system. It only took 15 days for our property to exchange for an excellent price.

Team Garside were very helpful in making the decision to sell the property through them, but the real star was Steve Weber. I am a shift worker working long hours and found that Steve Weber was available way outside of normal business hours & days. I don't think he knows what a day off is. Steve was always eager to help me with any issues or questions, in particular when I was having problems with Lawlab. I cannot recommend Purplebricks and in particular Steve Weber enough. He earns every cent he gets and if he was my employee, I would give him both a pay increase and bonus. The only negative part of the whole sales experience was Lawlab and if I had my time over again, I would not engage them. With that said, Steve Weber still did everything he could to help smooth out any issues I had with Lawlab.
