This is the second time I have worked with Andy. The first time I worked with Andy was in Feb / March 2014, is when I was a buyer of my current home. I remember the procedure to be quite delightful and everything went smoothly then. That interaction went very well and I wanted to sell my investment property through Andy as well. Right from the beginning he was very professional, yet quite warm towards me and my family and was very patient through the whole procedure, as this was the first time I was selling a property. He worked very calmly especially during the negotiation stages with the buyers and us. On top of that the buyers put in their successful bid, just a couple of weeks before Australia was shut down due to Covid-19. This involved in ensuring that the buyer did not have any cold feet, and that we were also kept reassured. Both activities Andy did perfectly. He maintained constant communication with us and the Buyer to ensure everything goes smoothly. There were some issues from the solicitor side of things, and Andy was also very gracious in assisting me with that as well, and I was able to set better expectations with our solicitor, as a consequence. Andy also maintained a good relationship with the tennant of my investment property, as we had to ensure they were able to vacate the property in a timely manner, whilst allowing the time they needed before their own place was ready for them to move in. The scenarios we came across in the last 4-5 months have been anything but common, and working with Andy made it a lot more easier for us, and I was really glad that he was on our side. I would recommend Andy to anyone who is trying to sell their property in Canberra, irrespective of what area of Canberra you live in.
