Andy helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication, sharp marketing skills keting

Sold in a softening market at current condition where comparable properties were sitting for 60+ days. Agent Andy gave us realistic pricing advice upfront, didn't sugar coat the market shift, and ran a tight campaign with strong marketing and genuine database follow up. Ended up selling at a price we were comfortable with in 3 weeks! Highly recommend if you are selling in a tough market and need someone who actually works for the result.
