Whilst I am glad to get rid of this property, I have concerns ie: When I asked Andy should I spend money to repair front pagoda, he said 'no'. Also whilst I was concerned about mould on bathroom ceiling, he didn't advise me to fix it, even though a contract had fallen through because of it. Also offers of $380,000 were not relayed to me because he considered they were far too low. Well it finally sold at auction for $372,000. This property was purchased 11 years prior for $330,000.
