As an example, the property had something that needed to get fixed; Andy had a builder on-site for us the same day, agreed to pay for the repairs and handled the situation with ease. This also happened over Christmas/New Years, but they still kept in regular contact, checked in to see if we needed anything, and even picked up calls when they were on Christmas leave.
