I am happy to recommend Andy, from PRD as a agent he certainly works very hard for the seller. Andy suggested some recommendations before putting my home on the market, after recommendations had been completed home was placed on the market. Andy was very good working with tenants that were living in property at the time of sale. Property was put on the market. and contract with follow-up contract was on my desk within 14 days,I couldn't be more happy thanks Andy.
