Andy is a proactive communicator, with an optimistic style. The sale involved special conditions involving obtaining Body Corporate approval for access for pets and install air conditioning. We worked with Andy to find out the process to undertake Conciliation with the Body Corporate. What Andy did not know he went and found out. One area of disappointment was the support from Amber Werchon office during a period that Andy was away on personal matters

My previous experience with agents saw me trying to sell my property privately, Andy approached myself and done all that he could to reassure me he was the agent for the job. Reassuring me was not a easy task and he really had to use his negotiations skill but in the end Andy made me feel at ease with choosing him to sell my property and was very efficient in all that he done.
