Andy didn’t quite understand the market of my area, he very much overestimated the seller price. In the process, his staff member made numerous mistakes in advertising materials, unable to close for any potential offers, and eventually the sold price was much lower than reasonable expected price. The whole process wasn’t smooth and was quite unpleasant.
