Andy What a pleasure it was to have you auction my house for me. From the moment we engaged I was kept up to date on what was happening or needed to be done. You were very informative and I wasn't left wondering about anything. On the auction day from the moment I arrived and walked in your staff were so attentive and pleasant. They explained what was about to happen. The auctioneer did a really good job and secured me a wonderful result. I am very happy with the whole experience and were certainly recommend Uniland to others. Andy, thanks again for your knowledge, communication and professionalism. I was very impressed.
