Excellent agent

I chose Andy after interviewing 3 different agencies because of his experience and success with property in my area. He knew what we needed to do beforehand to make the property ready for sale and he made it happen in a short time frame. During the selling process he ensured the house was presented well and that there was plenty of interest in order to maximise the result achieved. We ended up selling before auction date as we had a number of interested buyers competing and Andy was always proactive in his communication and ensured we got an excellent sale price.
