They both took the time to ensure that the vendor was taken care of and had the right external supports in place. Andy even carted firewoood up two flights of stairs on several occasions to assist the vendor who was unable to do so himself. He is also hilarious which makes for an enjoyable process - but don't tell him I told you that. He'll never let me forget it :)
