After 6 months of searching for the right property near Fremantle, I contacted mint to help out. This turned out to be the winning formula for me that was previously seeing me loose out on desirable properties. The settlement was very smooth and I am now the happy owner of a stunning home in the right area for the right price. The follow up post sale from Andy was also unexpected and helpful. I hope to look at further properties with Andy in the future.
