We engaged Andy Nasar for the sale of my parents’ property. Initially, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. We were also satisfied with the valuation provided, which seemed aligned with recent sales in the area. However, shortly after signing with Marshall White the tone shifted noticeably. What followed was a pattern of price conditioning, where expectations were repeatedly lowered in a way that conflicted with the original advice given. The final sale price ended up well below the quoted range and far short of what had been suggested at the outset. While I understand that market conditions can change, the significant gap between the early guidance and the outcome left me feeling that the initial price advice was inflated simply to secure our listing. While the communication and professionalism was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to the disconnect between the early expectations set and the eventual result.
