Andy helped me negotiate a fair price for my recent property purchase in the western suburbs. He is efficient, answers all your questions, and most importantly is honest and transparent in all his dealings. I would highly recommend Andy for all your real estate needs.
We would not recommend Andy. At sign up he promised us the world. It was downhill from there. Never having auctioned before we felt he gave us poor guidance and advice. We felt that he was working more for the eventual purchasers and not for us...asking for storage of their items in our garage before settlement, allowing purchasers access to house before settlement by way of repeatedly asking for keys before settlement. He arranged for purchasers and vendors to be at house at same time to handover keys before settlement. Then to add insult to injury he left both purchasers and vendors awkwardly waiting for him because he was late—it turns out he was late to meet us because he was going through McDonald’s drive thru because he “was hungry after not having breakfast”!!!! Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. We were very surprised that Andy would ask us to partake in this survey given that he was told of our disappointment in his treatment of us. We will neither recommend or use Andy again.
Andy went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered. He was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend Andy to others.
