Andy has all the attributes a perfect Sales person should have. It's really nice dealing with him
We found Andy to be great deal with during our negotiations. He know all the facts very well about the market. We finally get a deal we want. Thank you Mr. Panjeta
Great experience with great team of 361.. Specially Andy is very professional and reliable. He has very good knowledge in all aspects relating to real estate market. Keep up the good work Andy and all 361 degree real estate team.
Absolutely disgusting, his behavior, and his attitude, what they promise is not even close to what they deliver, they will pound on your door daily until you sign, but thats as good as their expertise gets, we trusted Andy with our house to do inspections as we moved over 2 hrs away, he left our home and garage wide open and unlocked several times and left all lights on included some 500w bar lights on for 14 days straight, blew all the transformers so no lights left, leaving us with a $500 electricity bill for the month, camera proof and neighbours called constantly complaining about him, and 361 will take no responsibility for his actions, i could continue all day with what he has done and NOT done, but all we can say is AVOID Andy and 361 real estate AT ALL COST.
As someone who had little experience and had only witnessed smooth sailing property purchases beforehand, this was the most stressful and horrific ordeal. Andy and 316 Degrees were unprofessional, negligent, dishonest and unethical during the purchase and settlement of the property. The property comprised of 2 units. There was an enclosed yard for the 2nd house with a damaged / unfinished decking. This yard was concealed during the open inspection behind curtains and a dining table. There were no photos of the yard either in the advertisement. 2 bedroom also remained locked during the open inspection. There were also other examples where Andy provided inaccurate and false information about the property. Andy's sale assistant also enabled settlement to be completed despite knowing that the property had not been vacated by the previous owner. Settlement was finalized at 12pm. I was notified at 4:30pm that keys were not ready to be handed over. Keys were delivered at 9pm instead, at the insistence of the sales agent. During final inspection a few days earlier, I gave clear instructions that the houses must be cleared of items, hard rubbish removed and houses shall be in a clean state. The sales assistant agreed. On settlement night, I instructed the sales assistant to lock and secure both houses before he delivers me the keys. He assured me this was completed. The next day after settlement, I arrived at the property with owner still vacating and both houses were unsecured. The sale assistant explained that the previous owners were still vacating the house so he 'locked the doors on the inside' and instructed the previous owners to close the door after. In addition, hard rubbish and remnants of household and personal items still remained on the property and in the 2nd house. The 2nd house was also left in a filthy and appalling state, including food left on the benchtop. There were also electrical wiring left exposed / hanging and rubbish in the dishwasher.
Thanks Andy for knocking the deal for us. It was pleasure having you and you have provided us the best house.. Being a first home buyer I can't ask for more than this.. Thanks once again.. Cheers Ricky
