This was our first time selling, we were quite naive, nervous and uncertain of the process. We had a different agent come through first and we got Andy in for a second opinion- and lucky we did!! Andy was very reasonable, he delivered on all his promises and kept me calm when I was stressed through his excellent communication, whether it be text, email or phone calls. Andy also worked really well with his team, they were all involved in our property, which I had never experienced before but we had positive interactions with all his team. Andy has also been a wealth of information on the next stage of our journey to find a new property, so the after sales support has been incredible and certainly a lot more than I expected from an agent. Without Andy & his team looking after us, we wouldn't be in the excellent position we now find ourselves in and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the area looking to sell.
I would recommend Andy to my family. We can say it was an extremely pleasant and easy dealing with him. He sold our house the day after meeting with him for the asking price. He was on hand to ask question, if we sell again i would request Andy.
I have bought and sold properties for over 15 years now. Andy came out of no where (well, as a recommendation from the actual tenant of my Investment property). Andy worked for a different Real Estate agent that managed my property, so when your tenants know of a rival agent more than their own managing one, then you know he has amazing engaging skill and face to face rapport with his community. Upon first meeting Andy I knew this was going to be a short relationship. Not the type you may be thinking of, but in the good way. I knew this property was going to move fast. The question was at "how much?". My expectations were, in my opinion, reasonable and Andy was very professional in his appraisal. As expected, I, as the Vender, was obviously asking too much (That's what us Vendors do) and Andy never said that it cannot be done. Within a month, would you believe it, the Lad got us our asking price!! The news was delivered to me from the confines of our kitchen via Skype. Oh did I not mention we are in Queensland and 2 States separated us from Andy? This Man did all this via Skype appointments, text, email, express posts and phone calls. Was not until the house was sold was I able to actually fly down to shake this Man's hand... (He's a lot taller in person) I would recommend Andy to any prospective Vendor or Buyer. I am sure the same gracious, professional and endearing Man I met will also exceed any expectations you may have also. Paul

I chose to sell my property with Stockdale & Leggo due to the friendly, understanding and relaxed nature of Andy Reid. I felt totally at ease & he understood the allowances I would need with my dog. I did meet with L J HOOKER as well & even though their sale charges were cheaper I had a more positive feeling that Andy & team would put 100% in selling my property. We discussed price & I chose a realistic sale price based on new house prices in area. On the first Saturday open day I had a buyer interested ! They returned on the Sunday for a second viewing & by Sunday night my house was sold! Full praise must be given to the joint efforts of Adam & Shashank who sealed the negotiating whilst Andy was away on a conference. All 3 were in contact with each other & me throughout the offer & locking in a sale which went until late Sunday evening making it a true team effort! No doubt the quickest commission ever earned. I was happy with sale amount, it pays not to be over confident in price & take a good look at the local market "as a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay". I didn't want it sitting on the market for months only to be reduced in amount later. Nobody will buy a 20yr old house for same price as a new one in area. My realism certainly helped the guys get the quick sale but hats off to all their negotiating team efforts & hopefully they received part of the commission and praise . Andy's cheery nature, sales expertise & follow through was what made me sign with Stockdale & Leggo making him an extremely valuable member in your sales team. Yours truly Kaelene De Lany
