I found Andy to be full of false promises, and out right misrepresentation of facts. He promised a gift on sale of the property which we did not receive & we're not presented with keys to the property but expected to get our own cut. He was reluctant to put appropriate terms on the contract of sale (stating it would be ok and not to worry) causing problems with the tenants access & implications to our stamp duty.
