Very patient and friendly

They were commutative and good until they get the contract signed. Never helpful after. Didn't clean the house from their own marketing material and business cards (spread all around the kitchen) , didn't ask the vendor to mow the lawn (half meter height), didn't arrange the final inspection, didn't cooperate to ask the vendor to clean up the house. What I have received was just an email that because the house is old, it is what it is. Go and clean it by yourself.

It only took three days from contact to see the house to pay the deposit, which was a pleasant house-buying experience, thanks to Andy's timely answers to questions and timely and effective communication with the seller. Andy is a very professional and dedicated house sales staff.
