I had chosen Andy to sell my property and he has gone above and beyond in getting it done. Not only did he get an amazing price and sold the property before auction but he always kept me in the loop about progress, was very professional. Andy is the real deal, and will sell your place at the highest amount possible. Totally recommend.

We met Andy when we first bought a property in Kingsville, and as a buyer, I was very impressed with his service ethic. When we chose to sell the same property, Andy's service ethic surpassed all expectations. From calling immediately after every home open or inquiry, to catering for the needs of the property as it was vacant at the time leading up to sale, offering to drive some distance to meet with us to discuss the property, to the after sales service. I would recommend Andy to any potential property client; you will not be disappointed. His knowledge of the area is impressive and this helped us achieve a great outcome.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Andy from JAS Stephens. From our initial contact, to various stages of the negotiations and finally through to settlement, Andy has been a pleasure to deal with. He was very proactive and always had time to answer/return our calls and emails no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, responsiveness, market knowledge and hard work ethic are very much appreciated. We certainly would not hesitate in recommending Andy to our family and friends, or anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property. Thanks again Andy and the JAS Stephens Team for being such a pleasure to deal with. Regards, Jay & Sonia

good knowledge and communication skill, very energetic, creative thinking and excellent marketing strategy.

Andy was great to work with during the purchase of my property. He was always friendly and prompt when communicating as well as being open and genuine when answering questions and providing information. He was always pleasant and reliable and I highly recommend his services.

Andy was highly approachable and went out of his way to make things easier for us when purchasing our home. He always responded to emails, texts and phone calls promptly and was knowledgeable about the market in our area. Andy was able to recommend a number of reliable builders and painters to help with quotes. We couldn't have selected a better agent to help us with our areas of need!

Andy reached out to us after we viewed an inspection, for a property we weren't interest in. He gave us some great advice for an auction we were going to participate in the following weekend (even though it wasn't through him). Throughout the buying process, despite some difficulties (unrelated to Andy or Jas Stephens), he was transparent and kept us up to date and abreast of matters. Often, more so than our own conveyancer. Highly recommended.

The planning involving with our sale here was detailed, and then when we found we were not receiving the preferred # of contacts - a few options were discussed and alternate approaches were reviewed. This included hrs, days and website changes. One of these options was also the preparedness to reschedule a chosen Auction Date. When we all thought we had reached the critical point with the sale - Andy quickly was able to change an interest, and also seeking feedback from other potential buyers, to a sale closure. Would recommend Andy to any potential sellers based on his detail, preparation and contact.

Andy presented as courteous, very responsive to queries about the property and the market, and reliable in following up. It was a positive experience in finding and sourcing this property through Jas Stephens. JB & RM

The whole buying our first home went so smoothly I don't know why everybody says it rates up there ad the most stressful life events. Thank you Andy and Jas Stephens for making this whole process so smooth and exciting, We both really appreciate all your help and efficiency. Proud new First Home Owner

We recently purchased a property in Seddon through Andy Simpson of Jas Stephens. Andy was always available to take our questions, show us through the property and when it came time to purchase was extremely helpful and made the negotiation process a positive one. His knowledge of the local area and market demands assured us that the decision we were making was a sound one and right for us. He went over and above in offering guidance and assistance, he was timely in his responses and was a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate in recommended Andy for any of your purchasing or selling needs.

Andy was great to deal with. He not only helped us sell our property amazingly quick and for a great price, he also went out of his way to help us find a new home. The best experience Ive had with a real estate agent.
