We couldn’t rate Andy highly enough. He was incredibly communicative throughout the process, honest and transparent. Given we had moved interstate - we relied on Andy and the team to help get the property sale ready. He took away any stress and was a safe pair of hands. We would not hesitate using Andy again!

Andy was very easy to deal with and made us feel like the process was always in our control and our own decisions. There was never a moment where we felt pressure to respond or make an urgent/rushed call on a situation. He respected our approach towards the process and was extremely patient when required. Completely the opposite of what we've felt with other agents and made the timing right. Would highly recommend Andy as an agent to deal with when looking for your first/next place.

Andy was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He made it easy to buy a property, was clear in communications and very prompt to respond.

It was a delight to work with Andy. He kept us up to date at all time and worked professionally and proactively. He provided us with honest and genuine feedback. Will highly recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent.

Andy was the selling agent for a property I purchased recently. I found him personable and helpful, and the process of offer and negotiation went smoothly. I got the impression he wanted the best for his clients and for the buying/selling experience to be positive.

Andy has so much experience and is a master in every aspect of the process. We were so pleased to get an outstanding result on our sale!

I had a great experience selling my house at auction with Andy and Jas Stephens. He was very knowledgeable on the area and the potential purchasers. His communication skills are excellent and I always knew were we were in the campaign, and his predictions were spot on. The pre auction meeting was very detailed and help allay any nerves. He is backed up by a great team at Jas handling marketing, legals and tenant liaison. I would highly recommend Andy as a sales person.

I couldn't have asked for an easier or smoother experience during the sale of my home and it all came down to the help and support that I got from Andy Simpson from Jas Stephen's. Andy was always available to answer questions, he provided very regular updates on the sale campaign, he helped me become familiar with the procedure prior to the campaign, and his professional and personable nature instilled confidence in decisions being made. I highly recommend Andy Simpson as the perfect choice when selling your property.

For a first home buyer without previous experience in the market. I was amazed at how helpful the Agent was. They made everything seemed easy. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I am so excited for my first home… Thanks Andy

I tried selling my unit with another local agent and the communication and strategy was terrible. I approached Andy to take over the sale and the experience from start of the campaign to unconditional offer was excellent. Andy kept me informed every step of the way which others failed at. Highly recommend Andy and the team if you’re selling your property!

We had a nice experience purchasing a property from Andy. He was upfront and helpful throughout the property purchase, responding promptly to our requests and facilitating a relatively straightforward process.

I am very happy to review Andy Simpson's sale of my property. I found Andy to be a pleasure to deal with. His manner was frank, and devoid of the artificial salespeak that one can be bored with sometimes, from the real estate profession. Andy was very trustworthy. Most importantly he got me a good price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy. Brenden Dey
