It was a pleasant transaction. Andy is a local and his knowledge of the area is second to none. We were ready to walk away from property. However, he was able to work with us to get the negotiation back on track. He drives a hard bargain. We would be happy engage his services if we were selling. Overall, we walked away happy and I think the Vendor did also.
