Andy recently sold my block of lans, this was the second time I had used his services after he sold my house a couple of years back. In both circumstances I found he was very easy to deal with. I had previously had my house on the market with another agent for a number of months with no success, Andy found several interested parties within a week and had negotiated a sale before the for dale sign had even been printed. Same withhthe land, it sold the first weekend it was on the market with Andy negotiating the best price between several buyers. I would use him for the next sale too.
