Andy sold us this property in 2017 and took the time to walk us through on Facetime as we couldnt get to SA. He provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Several years on and our circumstances changed, requiring us to sell our rental property. Andy took the time to meet the tenant and smooth out all the edges to make sure the sale process was hassle free. What strikes me about Andy, is his understanding of how a buyer or seller thinks and makes sure you stay well informed so you dont stress. We really appreciated his regular updates and honesty.
